My Perfect Home

I am a child of my parents. We are all childrens of our own parents. But do we really know what is our purpose in our own family? Are we just the ones that make them happy everytime we do promising deeds? Or their trophies during family gatherings? I don't think so.

I believe that we have more responsibility and more meaningful roles to do to achieve a solid family. We are becoming doctors unintentionally when we give a sweet smile to our parents after their long day of work which paves their stress away. Don't you think that that lessens the tendency of having arguments in your house? We also act us teachers in our family. It's not just our parents that can teach us moral lessons. We have our own experiences that we can share to the other members of the family. But at the end of the day, we are still kids that our parents are thinking during times of conflicts. They don't easily come to the decision of separation because they don't want us to suffer just because of their personal issues. See, we help save the rapid population growth of broken families. Actually, there are a lot more roles that we can portray in a solid and in harmony family. But we are the one who have to search for those.

It's not just our parent's effort that's needed in building a solid family but also our own effort. If our fathers are said to be the foundation of a family and our mothers are the light of our home, then I believe that we, their kids, link the bulb to the wall that makes up a perfect home.
